No, its not for a judge! Its called judges paneling because this style is typically found in a courthouse.

This is for a customer of a restoration contractor (I am the subcontractor). The customer had some damage to some judges paneling in her basement, and I have been subbed to replace it. Here are some before pictures, and some after pictures ready for stain. Im working on finding the right stain color combination to match, and once found, Ill stain the new paneling.
